A cup of each of : augula leaves . Parsley . Mint . Three quarters of a cup of green olives . How to prepare: Heat the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius, and bring a wide tray suitable for the oven . Cut the toast bread and grease it with a quarter cup of olive oil, then spread the sumac on it . Place the baking pieces in the oven tray until roasted for a few minutes, and let them cool down . Put half a cup of olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, garlic and pepper in a deep bowl and stir the ingredients together until well combined . Add the radish, cucumber, lettuce, pepper, parsley, tomatoes, olives, mint and a few pieces of toast . Lightly stir all ingredients together, then put them on a serving plate .
